School Counselor
ArtSpace Charter School, a K-8 public school near Asheville, NC is seeking an energetic, skilled, and dynamic professional to join our team. The school counselor position is a full time, 10 month position serving grades K-8, beginning in August of 2025. The counselor will be expected to work with students individually and in small groups, collaborate with classroom teachers, and coordinate social emotional learning and bully prevention programs. The counselor serves as a member of the Student Support Team and is effective in communication and working in problem-solving, multidisciplinary teams. Applicants must have a current North Carolina Professional Educator’s License as Counselor (005) and be willing to work in a collaborative, integrated, experiential environment. After-School Enrichment Instructor
ArtSpace Charter School, a K-8 public school near Asheville, NC is seeking an energetic, skilled, and dynamic professional to join our team. The enrichment instructor is a part time position, at 15-18 hours per week beginning in August of 2025. The instructor works with K-8th grade students in the after school program and will be responsible for leading enrichment activities in the arts, supervising students, supporting program goals, and facilitating a safe, positive environment.
